Vegatable Tanned Clogs

Our vegetable tanned clog collection is made in eco-friendly and chrome-free leather, where bark and leaves of trees and plants are used in the tanning process. Vegetable tanning is a sustainable process that uses natural ingredients, which results in each skin being unique with individual variations in color and texture. Clogs in vegetable-tanned leathers have a tendency to start out very stiff and in need of a significant break-in period but most of our vegetable tanned clogs are made in a softer leather that we line with soft chrome-free lining leather. All the sandals and clogs are made on our handcrafted alderwood bottoms and are both stylish and eco-conscious.
